Beal Derkenne completes Iowa City project

Rise at Riverfront Crossings has been completed ahead of schedule and turned over to the project owner CA Ventures, Beal Derkenne co-owner Andy Beal said in an email. The 573,000-square-foot project included a number of subcontractors from Des Moines and across the state. The Rise at Riverfront Crossing includes 332 residential units and 151 hotel rooms.
