Heart of America plans ag-inspired hotel reconstruction at Living History Farms

Heart of America Hotels plans to complement its Hotel Renovo at Living History Farms with Revel Hotel, a boutique hotel that will showcase design features emblematic of industrial farming, according to a release. The hotel will have 110 guest rooms and meeting space for up to 48 people. It will be part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection. The hotel will result from the complete reconstruction of Heart of America’s Sleep Inn, which will close Aug. 31.

Cobblestone grows portfolio with newly acquired brands

HNA Group sells Radisson Holdings to Jin Jiang

In its latest asset unloading, China’s HNA Group has entered into an agreement to sell Radisson Holdings, which includes Radisson Hotel Group, to a consortium led by Shanghai-based hospitality group Jin Jiang International Holdings.

The deal includes the purchase of 100% of Radisson Holdings for an undisclosed sum, as well as 51.5% of the outstanding shares of Radisson Hospitality AB for a per-share price of 35 Swedish crowns ($3.83), according to a news release. Additionally, the consortium has agreed to buy an 18.5% stake in Radisson Hospitality, which HNA “previously pledged and transferred to a lender as security pursuant to a loan and pledge agreement,” the release states.
