United Properties closed on the acquisition of a 1.7-acre vacant land parcel at the north end of Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis. The developer will begin construction immediately on a 37-story tower that will include a 222-room Four Seasons Hotel, 532,000 square feet of office space, 31 residential units, retail and 455 parking spaces below ground.
