United Properties is proposing a six-story, 180-unit apartment building adjacent to the Carlson Towers office buildings in Minnetonka, MN. Pending city approvals, the apartment project could begin in 2020 and a 120-140 unit hotel would follow.

The project would be built on nine acres of land at the corner of Interstate 394 and Carlson Parkway. Canada-based Artis REIT owns the land as well as the 601 Tower office property.
